→Do you store my downloaded files?
No. We only store your history (title, thumbnail, format) so you can find things again. Files stream directly to your device.
→Can I download private or paid content?
No. Grably only fetches publicly accessible media.
→Can I use Grably on mobile?
Yes. Add it to your Home Screen for an app-like experience — it's a Progressive Web App.
→How do I cancel Premium?
From your account page. You keep Premium features until the end of the billing period.
→Do you offer refunds?
If something's broken, email us — we make it right.
